We would like you to get to know her a little bit better, so here comes a short interview we had with her!

When did you first realise that it’s marketing you want to work with?
I realised it 1999 during my gap-year, I traveled to Sri Lanka for one year and worked on a TV-station for the young audience in Asia. But I’ve always liked marketing and strategic questions!

You previously worked for Google, what’s the most important thing you brought with you from that time?
Their values. They have very good working environment and personnel policy. + I got invaluable AdWords knowledge.

What is the most important part about leadership?
Communication! With communication you can avoid stress, identify problems, find opportunities, discover solutions and it’s the only way to get to know someone.

What do you think the next big trend will be in digital marketing?
I think that the big trend will be to transform text to something else; images, videos or gestures.
